Automatic Payment for Phone Service

If you are a local phone or long distance customer of ACN and wish to have your payments automatically applied to a credit card or deducted from a checking account, please download the auto deduction form (PDF) now, fill it out and submit it to ACN through the mail or via fax.  Address and fax number appears on the auto deduction form.
